Sleeking allows partial highlighting of details on the sheet with the use of metallized foils similar to gold print or simmilar (depending on the type of foil).
In this case, the detail to be emphasized is printed with digital laser toner (for example, HP-Indigo or XEROX).
Process in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Once printed paper needs to be laminated. The laminating rolls used for sleekig are soft touch rolls that are suitable for reprinting.
Step 2: After you have laminated the sheet, it is necessary to reprint it using soft touch roll. In order for the sleeking foil to react with the toner, it is necessary to print exclusively with black toner.
Step 3: Next, it is necessary to use the sleeking unit with the roll laminator. After that, the paper is laminated once again, this time with sleeking foil. The foil catches only on parts printed with black toner.
