Finding items 

• by navigating through groups of articles on the left in the drop-down menu with articles (Product categories)  

• at the top of the page, the possibility of entering a term in the search engine

• within each group on the drop-down menus, there are several ways of sorting (by name and price)  

• within the categories, it is possible to include filters (brand, color, working width, the shape of the cut,...)

Comparison of items

When choosing items, there are often several of the same items with similar characteristics, and it is difficult to decide and compare items.

This is why there is the possibility to compare several different items on our webshop. Select items on the quick view or within each specific item by pressing the button with two cross arrows (Compare product list). In the upper right corner, you will see the same Compare product list symbol - enter the item in the comparison list and all selected items will be listed. You can add a maximum of 5 items to the list at once.

Wishlist

Like the Compare product list, the button Wishlist is located on the quick overview of the product or within the product itself. The heart symbol is located next to the Compare product list. In the upper right corner, it is visible how many items are on the list. Choose your favorite products - those that you often buy or think of buying, and these products will be found in your wishlist. You can share your wishlist with your friends or add items from the list to the cart.

Item descriptions

Clicking on a product opens the details of the product - item images (which you can enlarge), item description, technical specifications, and related documents (.pdf brochures or Youtube videos). There is also a contact form for a quick inquiry about the product.

There are controls for social networks where you can easily exchange information about the item with your friends.

You can sort products according to various criteria (Name, Price, etc.).

In the product list, you can select Quick view (magnifying glass with a plus symbol), which allows you to view basic information about the product without leaving the page.

Purchase procedure  

• select the desired item by clicking the Add to cart button  

• you can easily change the number of pieces by entering the quantity in the quantity field and pressing the Update shopping cart button  

• by entering the shopping cart (in the upper right corner shopping cart symbol) - you can delete items, change the quantity, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping or complete the order by pressing the checkout button  

• before continuing the purchase, it is necessary to check the box for agreement with the terms of service

• in the following steps, you need to enter the billing and delivery address, select the payment and the delivery method  

• after completing the entire purchase process, you have placed an order - due to warehouse availability, please wait for our confirmation e-mail with the official offer before payment

 *Note: If the price of the product is on request, it is possible to add it to the cart and complete the order. In this case, the product in the cart will have a price of €0.00. After receiving the order, we will send you an official offer with the price of the item.

Login to the Dual Web store

As a new customer, when logging in for the first time, enter your username (active email address) and password (optional), which you will use for logging in and future purchases. You will receive an automatic email reply about a successful login with your data. At that moment, you still won't have access to all data in the web shop. Within 24 hours at the latest (excluding weekends), you will receive a second confirmation email from the WebShop administrator, and you will gain access to the web shop. Due to technical specifications, old customers will receive an automatically created password, which they can change any time. Customers who leave false and incorrect information will not be granted full access to the Dual web store.

Forgot your password?

Entering the Login menu, click on "Forgot password". A form will open where you will enter your username (your active email address). Confirm, and you will receive a link to reset your password.
